肌肉疲累,己回復些許了~也在思考晚上要跑什麼,,
快跑,,不行啦,如跑的話,,,也跑不起來,,,
決定輕快跑嚕,,只是要10K還是15K呀,,,看下午狀況了,,
到了河濱,,好啦,,,就15K啦,,一樣大步跑練習,,

就輕快跑,跑到途中又遇上獅老大,速率上滿快的,,,回復很快哦,,
5K了,,目前狀況還好,,10K了,開始出現疲累感,腿又變沈重了,直至15K
今天覺的,15K的輕訓,好像還太重了,反而又增加疲累度
而以今天10K輕快跑,反而是剛好,,,,思考中,,,
而今天3趟5K都有到達22分尾~要讓身体習慣這個速率,,再往前推輕快速率,,
