太久沒跑步~上ㄍ禮拜跑ㄍ4千腳酸到不行~這兩天也去跑ㄍ3千~漸漸不酸ㄌ~每ㄍ禮拜固定要去跑ㄍ2次ㄌ~~
吃不肥那就把身體訓練ㄉ健健康康ㄉ^^
