處理挫折的感想

遇到挫折喝口茶、喘口氣讓自己大腦冷靜一下,

讓事情的輕重緩急重整於大腦,思考要怎處理,

不懂趕快問有經驗的人如何將事情解決,

一件一件的依計畫來解決,

不管最後結果如何,盡力而為就好!
