鳳梨苦瓜雞

鳳梨苦瓜雞
材料:半隻土雞 高湯 老薑片 苦瓜 
調味料: 台鹽 米酒 胖子客家鳳梨醃醬
1.滾一小鍋熱水.把雞肉放進滾水裡.看雞肉變色後取出.水去掉
2.放入高湯依序苦瓜.雞肉.胖子客家鳳梨醃醬.老薑片
3.靜待鳳梨出味.依序放入其他調味料
4.湯品放置桌爐上請等水滾後方可使用.
