Fresh Pesto Sauce 新鮮羅勒醬
羅勒的香氣總是叫人心醉. 每天早上澆水時, 那股迷惑的香氣愛纏繞髮尖, 良久才會退去. 當然我知道它的詭計, 不散的氣味是要我時刻記起它, 惦記著它.
處理豐盛的收穫, 最好的方法便是製作自家的新鮮羅勒醬. 在石磨中加入蒜頭盅至香氣溢出, 再加入羅勒葉片, 松子盅至爛泥狀. 慢慢加入Extra Virgin Olive Oil攪勻. 最後加入Parmasan cheese 及海鹽調味. 當然您可以用電子攪拌器製作, 快捷又方便. 不過偶然我愛用傳統的方法, 幻想一下自己身處在意大利的小農村當中.
我喜歡一次過製作多些再加入大量Olive oil, 放至冰格隨時享用. 羅勒醬可以塗麫包, 煮意粉, 炒香鮮....多不勝數. 下次再談.

That is Basil. I have the same experiences when I first approach
herbs, then I started to plant my own and read more about them.
Once you know their taste well, you will know which one goes to

Could you pls. advise how many 羅勒葉片 should be applied for the
sources ? Also, where can I buy 羅勒葉片 ?

Hi, actually I do not count how many leaves for each batch.
Normally I would add a bundle and gradually add olive oil to mix up
the ingredients. You can taste to season while making the sauce.
The basil can be found in supermarket or you can plant it at
windowsill. Enjoy! :>Yves
