煎蠔餅




到JUSCO買了台灣澎湖的蚵仔做煎蠔仔餅,這PACK蚵仔有半斤要賣HK$53,相比街市賣的貴數倍,但說明是刺身級所以亦安心食用......

不論是潮州,福建還是台灣,各式的煎蠔餅我也愛吃有些人不愛鴨蛋,也可用雞蛋代替,但鴨蛋比雞蛋大,所以換上雞蛋就要選jumbo size或多加用量調味單是魚露也可,不用大費周章啦!
